Our Tutoring Policies

Late policy

If a student is late, the tutor will wait up to 10 minutes before the student will be considered absent without eligibility for a refund. All efforts will be made by the tutor to reach the client/student to remind them of the upcoming lesson, and tutors will work to reschedule the lesson based on individual circumstances. If the tutor has to cancel a lesson, they must also follow this policy.

Cancellation policy

The Client/Student may cancel a scheduled class by giving at least a 24 hours prior notice to the Tutor without incurring any fees. Lessons not attended by the student without giving 24 hours prior notice to the Tutor shall be charged at the full rate.

Non-Solicitation Agreement

Tutors and clients cannot steal or solicit clients or tutors for their own financial gain or for the benefit of a competing organization after leaving the company. If someone chooses to do so, legal action may be taken against them.

Payments

Parents can pay for lessons individually on an as-needed or drop-in basis. However, we highly recommend parents purchase one of our tutoring packages (bundles of 4 or 12 sessions) which have a built-in discount! Sessions do not expire, and can be redeemed at any time.
